1. I hate wearing make-up as most of the products I have used earlier gives me allergies or makes me look ghastly. How can you guarantee that your products won't do the same?

Answer: Our products are made from natural herbs. They do not involve any chemical ingredient. Natural herbs only enhance your skin and make it glow. They do not have chemicals to induce side effects. Regarding looking ghastly, we have expert beauticians to handle you with wonderful tips and you would never feel the same way.

2. Does the shipping charges included in the bill or do I have to pay for it separately?

Answer: You have to pay for it separately as the shipping order bill is generated separately.

3. Does the product carry a guarantee period?

Answer: Yes they certainly do and it depends upon the product and the time frame of the warranty. Every product you receive will involve a booklet which will mention the warranty period. For future claims and issues within the warranty period you may have to use the booklet for reference. Therefore keep it safe.

4. Do you have a 24 hour toll free number?

5. I have very dry and flaky skin. What product would you suggest for me?

Answer: Try washing frequently with soap free face wash or just with plain water. You have to apply our homemade moisturizer regularly. Wash at least thrice daily and you can find best results within two weeks. Our homemade recipes do not involve chemical ingredients and it is entirely natural. Thus there won't be any side effects and we can assure you best results.
