Cleansing tips of hair:

1) For a great soak, take warm water and mix one cup of lemon juice, cinnamon for odour, two tablespoons of olive oil and 1/4 cup of milk. Soak your foot for 10-15mins. This soak will make your skin refreshed and herbs. After this, wash your feet with a mild soap. Follow this leg care regime for a few weeks and see your feet changes to smooth and flawless one.
2) Take a large bowl, and fill it up with warm water. Now add the lemon slices, rose petals and some rose oil into it. Add the forming gel, and splash the water gently to form bubbles. Now, dip both your feet for ten minutes and scrub it. For the scrub, you can mix 4tsp.of green gram flour, 2tsp.of sugar powder, almond oil and sandalwood powder. If your heels are cracked, make use of pumice stone on them to scrub the dead cells. You can also use crushed avocado fruit pulp as a natural moisturizer. Massage your foot for about ten minutes. This will help in increasing the blood circulation and relaxing you as well.
3) For a rejuvenated foot, soak the feet in a large bowl of warm water to which mix 2 cup sea salts and 2 tablespoons of peppermint oil.
4) To get an excellent moisturizer for your foot, Mash 8 strawberries with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt. Apply it as a pack on your feet, let it dry and rinse off.

6) Make a paste of gram flour, lime juice and milk. Blend it continuously to a pasty constitution. Apply a thick layer on your face and leave for twenty minutes. It removes dead cells and tan as well.
7) Mix gram flour and lemon juice, apply it every day before taking bath. It proves to be excellent bleach.
