For beauty spending Britons is top

BRITONS use up more on health and beauty products than consumers in whichever other EU country, in accordance with new figures.

The European Health and Beauty Retailers report said that the UK use up is £295 per person a year, compared with £257 in France, £240 in Italy and £227 in Germany. The high spending is because of easy access to products, a strong consumer eagerness for new items and a shift towards premium products.
