Protect your skin from sun's rays

The sun is one of the scores of factor that allowed life to progress on our planet thanks to its incredible powers of life. The sun's ray allows the human body to produce vitamin D which is vital for survival.Skin cancer results from over-exposure to the sun's UV rays that turn skin cells into cancerous ones due to damage in their genetic materials.

The bad thing is that severe sunburn today can haunt you in fifteen years or so, the damaged DNA lying hidden in wait for the prime time to propagate and spread to other skin cells.UV is dangerous to you and your skin, mainly a more potent form, UV-B which is more cell harmful than the former type, but both are dangerous at too high levels. Apply sun protection for the skin on your body and face should be applied specially if the sun is burning and shining brightly.

How can we protect our self beside the sun's dangerous effects:
A certain number of precautions should be taken.

Avoid exposure while the sun's rays are at their most extreme. The higher the sun in the sky, the stronger the ultraviolet radiation
More in general, it is not wise to stay on the beach for the full day.

Wear sunglasses with a high anti-UV factor, a sun hat and loose, and if possible, long clothing (long-sleeved T-shirts and Bermuda shorts or trousers).

Never expose your skin to the sun after applying perfume or if you are taking certain medicine, without asking your physician or your chemist for suggestion.

Don't stay longer in the sun on the cause that you have applied a high sun guard factor. The aim of these products is not to raise the number of hours of exposure but to lessen the risks during exposure.
