Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy a gentle vacuum is formed inside glass 'cups', which are subsequently placed on the skin to provide moderate suction,. The vacuum outcome of the cups creates suction that softens tissues and increases the flow of blood and fluids. By exciting the skin and underlying muscles, it helps free area-specific toxins that have accumulated and encourages circulation of both blood and lymph vessels.

This Cupping Therapy is done on the body parts like neck, shoulders, back, sacral area, hip, abdomen, thigh, upper arms, calves, and forehead and on the soles of the feet. The feeling of cupping is most of the time characterized as extremely warm and comforting. A lot of people find it greatly relaxing. It releases stiff soft tissue and inflexible knots. Contracted, tense and painful muscle tissue will make softer quickly with just a few minutes of cupping. Cupping Therapy has been used for historically not only in China, but also the Middle East, Greece and Russia.
